Service Requests and Scheduling
When you contact Rollin’ Wrench to request a service call, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your location, the type of vehicle, and the nature of the problem you are experiencing. Our team will use this information to dispatch the appropriate technician with the right tools and parts. Service availability is subject to technician availability, geographic location, and current demand. While we operate 24/7 and strive to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on conditions at the time of your request.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair or service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in advance. We accept multiple forms of payment and will communicate available payment methods at the time of service. Pricing is subject to change and final costs may vary based on the complexity of the repair, parts required, travel distance, and labor time. Any additional work identified during a service call that falls outside the original scope will be quoted and confirmed with the client before work begins.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel a scheduled service call, please notify Rollin’ Wrench as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee or cancellation charge at our discretion. Clients who are not present at the agreed location when our technician arrives may also be subject to a service charge. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will handle cancellation situations fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
Vehicle and Site Conditions
By requesting our services, you confirm that the vehicle and location are safe and accessible for our technicians to work in. You agree to provide reasonable access to the vehicle and any relevant documentation or vehicle history that may assist in the repair. Rollin’ Wrench reserves the right to decline or postpone a service call if the site conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our team to work in. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on the vehicle that are unrelated to the specific repair performed.
Limitation of Liability
Rollin’ Wrench’s liability to any client shall be limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to vehicle damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, incorrect information provided by the client, or circumstances outside the scope of the agreed repair. In cases of legitimate disputes, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Workmanship Guarantee
Rollin’ Wrench stands behind the quality of every repair we perform. If you are not satisfied with a repair we completed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to assess and correct any workmanship issue at no additional cost where the issue is directly related to our work. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage caused after service completion, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
Parts and Materials
Rollin’ Wrench uses quality parts and materials appropriate for commercial truck repair applications. Where OEM parts are required or requested, additional costs may apply. Parts sourced and installed by our technicians carry the warranty provided by the parts manufacturer. We do not guarantee the performance of client-supplied parts installed at the client’s specific request.
Emergency and Roadside Services
For emergency roadside assistance, Rollin’ Wrench will make every effort to respond promptly. However, we cannot guarantee specific response times for emergency calls due to factors including traffic, weather, and current dispatch load. Emergency service calls made outside of standard service hours or at remote locations may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated before work begins whenever possible.
